Shipping Information

Where do we ship ? 

Currently we only ship to the USA. More countries will be added in the near future.

What Shipping Methods are available ? 


How long does Shipping take ? 

After your payment is verified, it takes 24-48 hours to process and ship out your order. Shipments with first class shipping usually take 3-5 business days or priority shipping 1-2 business days.

Are you shipping on Weekends and Holidays? 

We are not shipping on the weekends and federal holidays. If order is placed on Friday it will most likely be shipped the following Monday.

Return and Exchange Information

Am I eligible for a Return or Exchange? 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tags still attached. A copy of the invoice must be included when the return is shipped back to us. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you ordered incorrect sizing and need a different size, the exchange process is the same as the return process. There is no restocking fee for size exchanges.

How many days do I have to make a Return or Exchange ? 

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it. Any items post marked after 14 days from original delivery will not be accepted.

How do I make a return ? 

First, email [email protected] with the order number and reason for return. You will receive an email with confirmation and an address to send the return to. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, we are not responsible for returns lost in shipping. If you’re returning more than $50 in merchandise, we advise a trackable shipping method. There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return amount.


What is the process of my Refund? 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your  original method of payment. You will receive the credit within several days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable.
